The Team

	SARAH GUEST I started my career working in a point-to-point yard when I was at school, working weekends, school holidays and (I am sorry to admit) bunking off school! My next job was for a permit holder where I stayed for just 1 season but enjoyed it. I then joined John’s team for the first time. I stayed for 2 seasons and then I decided I would like to work in a flat yard, so I went to Milton Bradley’s where I stayed for 3 years. After a year out travelling around Australia, I came back to England and took the job as head girl at John O’Shea’s.
	SALLY RANDELL After completing a national diploma in equine studies I served in the army for 4 and a half years and gained the rank of Lance Bombardier. I hold a cat B Amateur jockeys licence and have ridden 2 winners in point-to-points. Earlier this year I become the first woman in history to win the Grand Military Gold Cup at Sandown park aboard Oakfield Legend. As well as working at Tudor racing stables I am half way through completing a degree in sports coaching science at Hartbury College.
	TONY HALL Looks after our gallops on a daily basis and spends tireless hours especially in the winter making sure the gallops are ready for use. He also maintains the schooling fences, starting stalls, and paddocks.
	NICK PARTRIDGE (Farrier) Nick who is assisted by James and Adam is based in Cheltenham and comes to shoe the horses 1 day a week.
	EQUIMIX Feed and bedding suppliers they are based in Stourport-on-Severn. David and his team have been supplying us for many years.
